Administration of the Part III programme currently sits across two teams within the Faculty's shared services, the Postgraduate Office and Undergraduate Office. This role acts as a bridge between these two offices and has a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the teams. The post is line managed by the Postgraduate Office Manager but in certain aspects of their work supervision will be provided by the Undergraduate Office Manager. In turn the role holder will be expected to contribute to the knowledge and experience of the team, and to provide supervision support for others as required.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level/level 6 vocational qualifications or equivalent level of practical experience and have experience of developing and reviewing administrative processes and systems. Demonstratable experience and competence in all Microsoft Office packages is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The right candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, the ability to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and demonstrate knowledge of administration involving a critical understanding of operational requirements ideally in an educational environment.
