Job summary

10 Design in Edinburgh is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join our international practice and contribute to projects across sectors and scales.

You will work alongside Architects and Project Architects, gaining hands-on experience through design to technical delivery, and progression toward Part III qualification. We value collaboration and provide ongoing professional development within the 10N Collective.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part II qualification or international equivalent.
• Experience in UK and/or international projects is desirable.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and graphical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams across design and delivery stages.
• Develop design ideas and options from concept through to technical stages.
• Produce drawings, diagrams, models, reports and presentation material.
• Contribute to design research, feasibility studies and project coordination.
• Assist with technical design packages and drawing production.
• Support planning, building regulations and submissions.
• Collaborate with Architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in mentoring and professional development toward Part III.
