An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team, focusing on healthcare refurbishment and fit-out projects. You'll work from concept through to completion, with exposure to technical delivery and site coordination.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part II qualified.
• Experience in UK healthcare projects preferred.
• Strong technical detailing and construction understanding.

Responsibilities

• Produce planning, technical and construction drawings.
• Develop detailed design packages.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Attend site and assist with construction-stage queries.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
• Support projects through RIBA Stages 4–5.
