Your Role:As an integral part of our design team, based on-site in Lewes, you'll leverage your skills to bring architectural visions to life. From initial concept sketches and planning documentation, through to compelling presentations, technical drawings, and project management, you'll play a key role in our design process. This full-time position will allow you to hone your skills in architectural design and communication, directly contributing to the creation of exceptional buildings.

What You'll Bring: Skills and Experience

• A strong command ofTechnical Drawing and Architecture principles.
• Exceptionalcommunication and presentation abilitiesto articulate design concepts effectively.
• Proven experience increating high-quality architectural drawings, particularly within ArchiCAD.
• A solid understanding ofbuilding regulations and planning processes.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be preferable.However, training can be provided, so familiarity with other design software, such as Revit, is a plus.
