The Manser Practice in York is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant or qualified architect to join our collaborative team in the York office.

Qualifications

• Previous UK architectural practice office experience.
• Strong design and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of construction processes.

• Be readily available to work in the UK in our York office.
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and planning system.
• Ability to coordinate and produce high quality technical information.

We are looking for Part 2 architectural assistants and qualified architects to join our long established, award winning team in the York office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your experience and contribute to the design and delivery of rewarding projects across the UK.

A suitable candidate will have:

• previous UK architectural practice office experience


• strong design and presentation skills


• be able to demonstrate some technical knowledge & understanding of construction processes


• excellent spoken and written English


• ability to work independently and as part of a team


• good organisational and time management skills


• be readily available to work in the UK in our York office


• familiarity with UK building regulations and the UK planning system


• an ability to coordinate and produce high quality technical information

Software skills:
