Job summary

Sinclair Watt Architects in Methil, Fife, are seeking a motivated Part 2 Architect to join our growing practice. You'll contribute to design, development and delivery of a varied portfolio from concept through to construction.

This role offers hands-on experience, collaboration with our project teams, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment. Candidates should hold RIBA/ARB Part 2, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have awareness of UK Building Regulations;

Qualifications

• RIBA/ARB Part 2 qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong design and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with Revit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs and technical drawings.
• Support project delivery from initial concept through to construction stages.
• Prepare planning, building warrant, and construction documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

About The Role

As a Part 2 Architect, you will work closely with our architects and project teams, assisting in the design, development, and delivery of a variety of architectural projects.
