Job summary

Sinclair Watt Architects Ltd seeks a Part 2 Architect to join the Methil practice in Fife. You will assist in design, development and delivery across diverse projects, developing technical and design skills within a collaborative studio.

Candidate should hold RIBA/ARB Part 2, show motivation and strong design, with autonomy and teamwork. AutoCAD is essential; Revit experience is highly desirable, and knowledge of UK Building Regulations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• RIBA/ARB Part 2 qualification (or equivalent).
• Highly motivated, creative and proactive approach to work.
• Strong design and presentation skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of architectural designs and technical drawings.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction stages.
• Prepare planning, building warrant and construction documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
