Fatkin is seeking a talented and motivated Part 1 architectural assistant to join its London studio.
Due to the continued growth of the practice, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects spanning RIBA Stages 1-6. Fatkin is a small practice working on major projects across the country for public bodies, developers, contractors and consultancies, enabling us to provide all team members with direct exposure to many aspects of the construction industry.
We are a collaborative, design-led practice with a friendly and supportive studio culture. Our work focuses on delivering thoughtful, well-crafted, highly functional buildings and infrastructure with social value, and we aim to support our staff in developing both technically and professionally.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious and keen to learn, and who enjoys working collaboratively within a team. An interest in transport, infrastructure and complex environments would be advantageous, and ideally you’ll be looking for a role for at least 12 months.
For this role, we’re looking for a full time (40 hours/week) employee to join the team. You’ll be expected to spend the majority of your time in person in the office in order to maximise your learning, with flexibility around exact hours. Occasional working from home may be possible once you’ve settled in.
We offer competitive terms and a friendly, inclusive working environment.
