FOLIO in London is seeking a Part II designer to gain valuable experience across a range of diverse projects, advancing your career in a supportive and creative environment. You will assist design teams through different RIBA stages from concept design to technical drawings and specifications, attend site visits, research materials and building regulations, and stay current with industry trends.

• Stand out academic and career record with experience working at a named design firm.
• Strong design and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and graphical.
• A curious, pragmatic and creative mind who can challenge ideas and themes with confidence.
• Eagerness to contribute to the practice on a personal level as well as professional.
• Proficiency in Revit, Autocad and Sketchup.

Responsibilities

• Assist design teams across RIBA stages from concept design to technical drawings and specifications.

Position:

As a part II, you will gain valuable experience across a range of this studio's diverse projects to advance your career in a supportive and creative environment. Your role will be in assisting the design teams throughout different RIBA stages from concept design to technical detailed drawings and specifications. Outside of your projects you will get to attend site visits and surveys, conduct research on materials and building regulations and stay up to date on the latest industry trends.
