Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a 5-6 month contract with the Local Authority to support the Parking Service by assessing, designing, and delivering disabled parking bay schemes. You will manage applications from initial assessment to execution, address inquiries, and contribute to minor traffic management projects to improve accessibility, safety and traffic flow within the council.

The role is based at Churchill Court, Bromley, with a 2 days in the office and 3 days working from

Qualifications

• Experience in parking schemes and highway design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for drawings and plans.
• Experience in reports and consultation documents.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage workloads.

Responsabilités

• Receive, evaluate, and process applications for disabled parking bays.
• Advance approved applications through design, consultation, statutory processes, and implementation.
• Prepare engineering drawings, plans, schedules, consultation documents, and related correspondence.
• Respond to inquiries from residents, councillors, stakeholders and service users.
• Conduct site visits, parking investigations, surveys, and data collection.
