Job summary

The Church of England Diocese of Nottinghamshire is seeking a Parish Share Lead to drive a multi-year Parish Share strategy across parishes and diocesan teams. The postholder will engage stakeholders, deliver clear reporting, and ensure compliance with fundraising codes.

You will coordinate communications, plan multi-year activities, and build trust through transparent collaboration. You'll work closely with the Finance and Operations Director, Archdeacons, parish clergy and PCCs to strengthen

• Experience delivering multi-year project plans with stakeholders.
• Ability to design and deliver communications plans.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership and committees.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a multi-year Parish Share project plan.
• Advise the Parish Share Team on priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop Parish Share reporting for budgets and committees.
• Coordinate meetings between diocesan leaders and clergy.
• Foster relationships with parishes and diocesan teams.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising codes.
