Job summary

English Martyrs Parish in Reading is seeking a part-time Parish Finance Administrator to support the Parish Priest with financial management, budgeting, and reporting.

You will manage accounts, prepare budgets, produce financial reports, maintain records, support governance and Gift Aid, coordinate with the Diocese of Portsmouth, and assist with fundraising. The role offers 10 hours per week across three days, with pro-rata holiday entitlement and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration and bookkeeping.
• Ability to prepare budgets and financial reports.
• Strong record-keeping and governance support.
