Job summary

Evri Group in Hounslow is hiring Employed Collection & Delivery Drivers for a permanent 45-hour week. You will join a team delivering time-critical parcels with a focus on safety, reliability and customer care.

You will work with our Operational Team on a busy multi-drop schedule, delivering up to 100 shipments daily using a handheld scanner, while upholding Evri’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence with ≤6 points and no disqualification in the last 5 years.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to designated locations within set timeframes.
• Safely load and unload parcels, maintain a clean vehicle.
• Handle and deliver up to 100 shipments per day with a handheld scanner.
• Provide excellent customer care and represent Evri Premium.

Position: Collection & Delivery Driver

ContractType: Permanent – 45 hours per week

Location: Hounslow

Shift: Monday-Saturday covering any 5 out of 7 days

What You’ll Do

Due to continued business growth, we have exciting opportunities for Employed Collection & Delivery Drivers to join us. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class service and time‑critical parcels to our customers, delivering on our promise of Excellence. Simply Delivered.

You will work closely with our Operational Team, who will support you to execute a busy multi‑drop schedule. Our customers rely on us to deliver our promises, and we rely on our drivers to ensure each delivery reaches our customers on time, in perfect condition and with a smile.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of Evri Premium; positively representing the brand, maintaining a clean vehicle and being a courteous driver.
• Safe loading and unloading of parcels onto a van.
• Delivery of products, goods and parcels safely and efficiently to designated locations within set timeframes.
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorisation, if necessary, and deliver high standards of customer care.
• Properly use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanner, to deliver up to 100 shipments per day.

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points and not have been disqualified in the last five years.
• Multi‑drop experience (preferable).
• An enthusiasm and passion to always deliver the best service.
• Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
