Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Liverpool is seeking a Warehouse Operative to load and unload parcels and sort them for delivery routes. This role offers part-time hours at 16 per week with overtime prospects, and a starting salary of £25,201 per year, rising to £27,561 after six months and potential to reach £30,000 with overtime.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 16 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday and Tuesday, 00:00-08:00.

• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
