Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Rotherham is recruiting a delivery driver. You will sort parcels, plan efficient routes, carry out vehicle safety checks and deliver to homes and businesses.

We look for a full manual UK driving licence, the ability to lift up to 30 kg, and a friendly, customer-focused approach. Training is provided and overtime opportunities are available. Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38.00 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday to Friday, 11:00-21:00

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide - Rotherham (S60 1DX)

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:
  • Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • Weekly Driving Allowance (£78.56 weekly)

What we're looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat C1 up to 7.5tonnes) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points and DCQC accreditation
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
