Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is part of Royal Mail Group and is seeking delivery colleagues to sort parcels, plan routes and deliver with care. You will perform vehicle safety checks, collect and drop off parcels, and provide a friendly, dependable service to customers.

The role offers a starting salary of £25,201 with progression to £27,561 after six months and the potential to earn up to £30,000 per year with overtime and weekend premiums.

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Wednesday - Friday - 9:30am - 7pm, Saturday 8am - 5:30pm

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)

• Additional Allowances:
  • Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
