Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of a leading parcel courier client in Gatwick (RH10) for Warehouse Operatives. Immediate starts available with ongoing ongoing work and potential permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

You will join a busy warehouse team, handling sorting, scanning, loading/unloading, and dispatch preparation in a fast-paced environment. Full training and support are provided, with weekly pay and a friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments is advantageous.
• Ability to sort and organise parcels quickly and accurately.
• Comfort with scanning and dispatch procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize parcels quickly and accurately.
• Scan parcels using handheld scanners.
• Load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles.
• Move parcels to correct locations within the warehouse.
• Label and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Identify damaged parcels and report them as per procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
