Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client in the CA6 area for multiple Warehouse Operatives. This is a permanent role for the right candidate, with night/early shifts and ongoing work. Pay is £13.73 per hour, with potential for permanent placement for top performers.

Responsibilities include sorting parcels, operating conveyors and scanners, and ensuring proper labelling. Flexibility for overtime and a reliable commute is required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift varying weights.
• Team player with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organise incoming parcels by routes and destinations.
• Operate conveyor belts and scanners to sort parcels.
• Label and categorise parcels to prevent delivery errors.
• Assist in loading/unloading vehicles and optimise space.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organised workspace.
