Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring Delivery Drivers to distribute parcels and letters across the community. You will drive or walk a dedicated route, delivering quickly and with friendly customer service, and may sort mail in the delivery office.

The role requires a Full UK driving licence (max six points), resilience, fitness, and excellent organisational skills. Working a minimum of five days a week with rotating shifts (08:30-14:30 or 15:30-21:30); temporary contract.

You will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters quickly and efficiently, by driving and/or walking on a dedicated route, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service! Other duties may also include sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office.

• The role is working a minimum of 5 days a week between the days of Monday to Sunday. (Shift times may vary)
• Shift time is 08:30 - 14:30 or 15:30 - 21:30
• Basic pay rate - £13.69ph
• Temporary

As a Parcel/Letter Delivery Driver, you will need the following:

• Full UK driving licence, with no more than six points. (Subject to conditions)
• Excellent customer service skills.
