Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Birmingham is hiring a Parcel Delivery Driver on a permanent contract. You will work 28.5 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 and 15:00, with Saturday and Sunday work on a local rota.

You’ll prepare your van, use route-planning tools, and deliver parcels across your assigned area, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail. The role includes extensive customer interaction and a commitment to reliable, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels via multi-drop routes using route-planning tools.
• Prepare your van and workload for the day.
• Deliver election materials and certain items in line with Royal Mail standards.
