Job summary

Royal Mail Group is seeking a Parcel Delivery Driver at the Preston Delivery Office. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, 30 hours per week, with shifts 14:30–20:30 and a requirement to work weekends as per local rota. You will prep your van, use route-planning tools, and deliver parcels while providing excellent customer service.

Applicants should be self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. A full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepping your van and workload for the day using route-planning tools.
• Deliver parcels across the assigned area to time and place.
• Interact with customers and act as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail.
• Handle and deliver election materials and other items in line with standards.
