Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Poole is recruiting Multi-Drop Parcel Delivery Drivers to support Parcel Force. If you enjoy independent outdoor work and delivering excellent service, this role is for you. You will start at the local delivery office, load deliveries and use a handheld device for signatures and routing.

Walking up to 8 miles a day and lifting bags up to 16 kg and parcels up to 20 kg are part of the job. Typical shifts run from 08:00 with finish times 16:00, 17:00 or 18:00, with Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required (max 6 points).
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle – walking up to 8 miles per day
• Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg)
• Use delivery trolleys when required

Pay Rate: £15.06 per hour

Hours: Up to 30 hours a week

Schedule: Monday to Friday & Wednesday to Saturday

Shift Times: 08:00AM

Finish Times: 16:00pm, 17:00pm and 18:00pm
