Job summary

Titan Wealth is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader. You will head a multi-site paraplanning team, ensuring quality, consistency, and engagement while shaping the function’s future.

Based in Bristol or Cardiff with travel to other sites, you’ll collaborate with Financial Planners, Client Support, and senior management to optimise workloads and outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and process improvement within a regulated financial services environment, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualified in financial planning.
• Previous paraplanner or similar role in a financial services firm.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, products, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA).
• Excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyse technical information and ensure attention to detail.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Paraplanners across multiple locations.
• Manage workload allocation and capacity planning to maintain service standards.
• Maintain high standards of paraplanning output and report quality.
• Act as escalation point for technical and complex planning queries.
• Promote a right first time approach and drive continuous improvement in quality.
• Develop processes and MI to monitor team performance.
• Build strong relationships with Financial Planners and Client Support teams.
