Job summary

Astral Recruitment Ltd is supporting a Chartered IFA firm in East Sussex to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. This role offers a clear pathway to an adviser position, with a two-year window to develop as a report writer and paraplanning professional within a supportive team.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a base salary to £45,000 DOE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Paraplanner in an IFA environment.
• Level 4 Paraplanner qualification required.
• Strong report writing and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client reports and suitability letters.
• Support advisers with paraplanning tasks and research.

Job description

Our client is a Chartered IFA firm in East Sussex and they are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join the team. The advantages of this role is there is an option to move from this role into an adviser role

Trainee IFA roles are very rare but there is a structured career path to become an adviser if thats what you want.

It will realistically be a 2 year window so we are looking for someone who can act as a Paraplanner , report writer during this time and someone who holds the Level 4

Base to £45000 DOE plus benefits package
