Job summary

Integro Partners Ltd in Birmingham City Centre is seeking an experienced Paraplanner ready to progress into Financial Advice. You will support the advice process alongside seasoned Financial Planners and gain exposure by shadowing advisers and attending client meetings.

The role is hybrid (2 days in the Birmingham office, Tuesday and Wednesday) with flexibility for meetings and shadowing. Salary up to £50,000 DOE, with strong pension and private medical insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Paraplanning experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Relevant financial services qualifications.
• Ambition to progress towards Financial Adviser.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Desire to develop rather than perform a fixed role.

Responsibilities
