Independent Financial Advisers is recruiting a Paraplanner to join our team in Leicestershire. Hybrid working available after probation, with a competitive salary and a pension scheme.

You will conduct provider and product research, perform cash flow modelling and prepare compliant suitability reports, supporting advisers across pensions, investments and retirement planning. Applicants should have Paraplanning experience and strong technical knowledge; the role offers professional development

Qualifications

• Previous Paraplanning experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and retirement planning.
• Experience with fund performance, risk analysis, and cash flow modelling.

Responsabilités

• Conduct provider and product research, fund performance and risk analysis, and cash flow modelling.
• Prepare bespoke, compliant suitability reports tailored to individual client needs.
• Interpret Fact Finds and documentation to identify appropriate client outcomes and solutions.
• Support senior staff and advisers with technical analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage complex cases from inception to completion, resolving technical queries and providing suitable remedies.
• Maintain your own workflow, working independently to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and provide cover during absences when needed.
