Job summary

Eden Rose, Leeds-based financial planning firm, is seeking a proactive Paraplanner to join their growing team. You will work on in-depth client files, building knowledge of clients, processes, and the firm’s advice philosophy.

From day one you’ll follow a structured progression plan, with mentoring from Advisers and directors, gradually moving into client meetings and advisory duties as you develop toward a Financial Adviser role.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning required.
• Minimum 2 years as a Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience writing suitability reports and researching pensions/investments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality suitability reports and recommendations.
• Research pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
• Support Advisers with complex financial planning cases.
• Attend client meetings alongside Advisers.
• Develop client relationships and progression toward advisory duties.
• Understand the full advice process from recommendation to implementation.
• Work with senior team members on your adviser development pathway.
