Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preparing financial planning reports and analysing client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of IHT and estate planning considerations is essential.
• Familiarity with VCT, EIS and BR products is advantageous.
• Experience with pension/retirement planning and lifetime allowance calculations.
• Experience with structured products and trusts enhances suitability for the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure client documents and correspondence are saved to client files.
• Produce financial planning reports for advisers' review and sign-off.

Our client is looking for a talented Paraplanner to join their team, with options to be based in Harrow. This is a key role within the business, providing support to the Wealth Planners on financial strategies, plans and products for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures, ensuring timely execution of adviser instructions
• Ensure all client documents and relevant correspondence is saved to client files
• Produce financial planning reports for consideration and signoff by advisers
• Analyse client portfolios/products and prepare cash flow analysis as required
• Provide accurate, technical research to support recommendations
• Be a point of technical reference for advisers
