Job summary

Seven Investment Management LLP is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to work closely with advisers across the group, producing clear standard advice reports and supporting the wider team with queries, training, and client-related support.

You will conduct research and cash flow modelling, perform accurate financial calculations (CGT, cost comparisons), and mentor junior staff. The role ensures regulatory compliance and high-quality client service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in report writing is essential
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Level 1 Paraplanner
• Product knowledge of pensions, bonds and other wrappers
• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
• Attention to detail and client-focused service

Responsibilities

• Create clear standard advice reports covering new wrappers, pension, ISA and GIA transfers, and investment top-ups
• Carry out detailed research and cash flow modelling to support financial planning recommendations
• Assist with accurate financial calculations, including CGT and cost comparisons
• Provide support and guidance to Level 1 Paraplanners and own Statements of Suitability when required
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client communications
• Mentor and train Client Service Associates to maintain high service levels
• Manage workloads to provide the best client experience
• Ensure advice files are compliant and maintained in Xplan and related systems
