Job summary

Premier Jobs UK is seeking a Paraplanner to support advisers with high-quality research, report writing, and cashflow modelling across a growing financial planning practice. You will help reduce backlog, improve adviser capacity, and participate in structured progression towards Chartered status.

You will handle core cases, develop technical knowledge, and collaborate with teams across offices, enjoying a supportive environment and clear career pathways.

Qualifications

• Essential: Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Essential: Proven Paraplanner experience within financial services.
• Essential: Cashflow modelling experience.
• Desirable: IO or similar systems.
• Desirable: Exposure to different financial planning software tools.

Responsibilities

• Preparing suitability reports and conducting detailed research.
• Supporting financial advisers with new and existing client work.
• Producing and interpreting cashflow modelling.
• Working to deadlines within a busy environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices via Teams.
