Its operations are based in London, Malta, Sydney, Texas, and UAE. From these global hubs, they manage a rapidly growing client base, primarily consisting of expatriates.

Due to their expansion, they are seeking to onboard several specialist roles, including Defined Benefit Transfer Paraplanners and Pension Transfer Specialists. The responsibilities include:

1. Writing suitability reports using templates
2. Running and checking Transfer Value Comparators (TVC)
3. Communicating with IFAs, schemes, and clients to obtain missing information

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Paraplanner or Pension Transfer Specialist with recent Defined Benefit Pension experience and a proven track record in:

• Writing suitability reports
• Experience with TVC
• Excellent attention to detail and technical skills
• Experience in cash flow modelling

The candidate should have a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification. Trainee paraplanners with pension experience and a willingness to study towards the Level 4 Diploma will also be considered.
