Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a collaborative wealth management team in Worthing. You will work on varied, technically challenging cases and produce high-quality suitability reports on a supported, hybrid schedule.

Key duties include supporting advisers, handling valuations and cashflow modelling, and performing research across pension transfers, IHT planning and investment cases. Training on different platforms is available.

Qualifications

• Experienced Paraplanner in financial services.
• Independence and ownership of cases; high-quality suitability reports.
• Level 4 qualification or near-qualified considered.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers with a varied caseload across new business, investments and pension planning.
• Prepare suitability reports and perform cashflow modelling and research.
• Assist with valuations and portfolio reporting.

An established and growing wealth management group is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join its expanding support team.

This is a great opportunity for a Level 4 qualified or nearly qualified Paraplanner who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of cases and producing high-quality, personalised suitability reports.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers, supporting a varied caseload across areas including:

• New business and investment cases
• Fund switches and withdrawals
• Pension transfers and pension planning
• IHT planning
• Suitability reports and personalised client recommendations
• Valuations and portfolio reporting
• Case planning and technical research
• Cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis

The team works across a number of businesses within the wider group, giving you exposure to different advisers, client requirements and approaches to financial planning.

To Be Considered For This Paraplanner Role

• Has solid Paraplanning experience within financial services
• You don’t have to have Level 4 qualified, experience is more important
• Has strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Is confident producing well-written suitability reports
• Experience with Intelligent Office (IO)
• Experience with platforms such as Quilter, Aviva, Fidelity, Standard Life, Aberdeen or similar would be useful, but training can be provided on different systems.
