Eight Financial Advice is seeking an experienced Paraplanner for a full-time hybrid role in the Whiteley-Fareham area. The role focuses on producing suitability reports and technical calculations with no client contact required.

We value strong paraplanning experience, knowledge of pension transfers, and the ability to work independently while delivering accurate work under deadlines. Hybrid arrangement offers office presence and flexible remote days.

Qualifications

• Paraplanning experience within SJPor a similar network (ideal but not essential)
• A solid understanding of financial planning products and processes
• Experience with pension transfers, withdrawals and cashflow modelling (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality suitability reports and technical calculations with minimal adviser input
• Support the team by handling technical paraplanning tasks
• Manage workload and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy

AtEight Financial Advice, we’re expanding and looking for skilled Paraplanners to join our growing team. Our paraplanners are given full admin support meaning no client contact is required! This role is hybrid, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be responsible for producing high-qualitysuitability reportsandtechnical calculations, with minimal distraction – our advisers handle all client-facing work.

If you have experience withpension transfers and withdrawals, you’ll be especially well-suited to this role. However, we’re happy to provide full training for the right candidate with strong paraplanning experience in other areas.
