Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner for a growing financial planning team in Central Manchester. The role requires a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum) and at least five years’ paraplanning experience, handling suitability reports, research and adviser support.

You will work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver tailored financial planning solutions while ensuring FCA compliance and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential.
• Minimum five years' paraplanning experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and FCA rules.
• Excellent report writing and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality suitability reports and supporting documentation.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments and protection products.
• Analyse client financial information to support financial planning recommendations.
• Prepare client review packs and presentation documents.
• Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain policy information.
• Process new business and support ongoing client servicing.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Schedule meetings and manage client correspondence.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
• Work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and efficiencies.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning team based in Central Manchester.

This role is ideal for a career Paraplanner who holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum) and has at least five years' paraplanning experience. About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential
• A minimum of five years' experience as a Paraplanner
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
