Job summary

Eden Rose invites a Paraplanner to join a friendly independent financial planning firm near Fleet. You’ll work closely with one senior adviser, support the advisory process and help deliver high‑quality suitability reports.

Flexible hours and hybrid/office options are available to suit your needs, with ongoing support to progress professional qualifications. Salary £35,000–£45,000 per year, permanent role, part-time accepted; full or part-time arrangements plus progression toward Chartered

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in financial planning or actively studying (CII/CISI/LIBF).
• Paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management firm.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and tax planning.
• Experience producing suitability reports.
• Comfortable using financial planning software (training available).

Responsibilities

• Research solutions and produce high-quality suitability reports.
• Be a trusted part of the advice process and discuss ideas with two senior paraplanners.
• Support the progression of client outcomes through diligent analysis.

You’ll become a trusted part of the advice process, be able to discuss ideas with two senior paraplanners, researching solutions, producing high-quality suitability reports and helping deliver excellent client outcomes.

To Be Considered For This Paraplanner Position
