We are looking to welcome an experienced PrescribingParamedic or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic andsupportive team at Humberstone Medical Centre. This vacancy is for 15 hours perweek, salary depending on experience.
Were looking for a highly motivated, experienced clinicianwith independent prescribing rights and a strong background in primary care.The successful candidate will work autonomously within their scope of practice,managing minor illnesses and long-term conditions, and contributing to thesmooth daily running of the surgery.
Humberstone Medical Centre is a thriving and innovativepractice providing care in the Northeast area of Leicester to 12,000 patients. Weare a friendly and experienced team who work collaboratively across clinicaland administrative roles.
We have a commitment to high quality evidence based carewith a strong ethos of providing and enabling training and support to all ourstaff, both clinical and administrative.
We are a large and friendly team including 5 GP Partners, 3Salaried Drs, 3 Pharmacists, 3 Nurses, 2 HCAs, an FCP, a Social Prescriber, carecoordinators and administrators.
We are a teaching practice and take GP Registrars andMedical students on rotation.
We are part of Salutem Primary Care Network and take a leadrole in it with the previous and current Clinical Director both being partnersin the practice. Salutem PCN has an excellent reputation for collaborativeworking in multiple projects and seeking to maintain high standards of patientcare in all 5 practices within it.
