Job Responsibility:

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in nursing, ODP, or paramedicine, especially those experienced and passionate about holistic wellbeing, nutrition, and herbal medicine.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will:

  1. Take vital sign measurements and prepare clients for assessments and treatments.
  2. Educate clients about treatments and assessments at Optimal Health Group and preventative healthcare.
  3. Operate specialised equipment to administer treatments.
  4. Support other clinical staff to ensure seamless treatment sessions.
  5. Work independently with confidence, maintaining high standards of care.
  6. Show patience and empathy, fostering a client-centric approach.
  7. Assist clients on their wellness journey through attentive care.
  8. Participate in clinical training and meetings to improve client outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  2. Basic Life Support certification (essential); Advanced Life Support (desirable).
  3. Interest in holistic health, wellbeing, preventative healthcare, and ongoing professional development.
  4. Experience as a nurse, ODP, paramedic, or in a related wellness field.
  5. Phlebotomy training (highly desirable).
  6. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
  7. Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
  8. Collaborative skills with clinical staff to optimise treatment experiences.
  9. Patience and genuine empathy for clients’ health journeys.
Training and Development:

Onsite training will be provided for specialised equipment and clinic protocols. Weekly clinical meetings and monthly training days are held for the Clinical Team.

Work Schedule and Commitment:

Minimum of three full days per week, ideally supporting full-time (40 hours/week) with some weekend work.

Additional Details:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
