Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level as a paramedic.
• Experience supporting learners as practice educator/mentor.
• Ideally teaching/learning qualifications or working towards them.

Responsibilities

• Support learners and mentors within PES Operations and report to Sector Manager.
• Analyse learner experiences, provide assurance of quality and develop action plans.
• Spend 70% of time on operational shifts with learners on a double crewed ambulance; 30% on non-operational learning activities.
• Collaborate with rostering teams and sector management to plan shifts and learning activity.
