Job summary

Suttons is seeking a registered Paramedic to join our Primary Care Team. You will assess, diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, undertake home visits where appropriate, provide clinical assessment, treatment and advice, and work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

You will support patients with prevention and self-management, help improve access and continuity of care, and thrive in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration or registration in process.
• Experience working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
• Friendly, approachable and patient-focused.
