Job summary

The Suttons Medical Group is seeking a proactive Paramedic to join our Primary Care Team across Long Sutton and Sutton Bridge Medical Centres. This role offers full-time or part-time hours and a salary dependent on experience, in a progressive primary care setting.

You will assess and manage a range of acute and chronic conditions, visit patients at home when needed, and collaborate with GPs, nurses and pharmacists to improve access and continuity of care for our communities.

Qualifications

• Registered Paramedic with HCPC registration.
• Experience working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Undertake home visits where appropriate
• Provide clinical assessment, treatment and advice
• Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
• Support patients with prevention, self-management and health promotion
• Help improve patient access and continuity of care

THE ROLE
