Irwin Mitchell LLP in Newcastle is seeking a Paralegal to support our serious injury team on high‑value cases, helping with documents, medical evidence and other litigation tasks while delivering excellent client service.

No prior serious injury experience is required; paralegal experience would be advantageous. The firm offers a supportive culture, generous holiday entitlement, wellbeing initiatives and a commitment to training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Working on complex high-value cases including obtaining documents and medical and other evidence, instructing Counsel and assisting with other litigation tasks.
• Working independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our seriously injured clients.
• Achieving time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
• Working to deadlines and complying with directions / decisions made.
• Reviewing records and compiling bundles.
• Attending meetings and taking notes.
• Keeping up to date with changes in relevant law and practice and attending appropriate training events to ensure up to date legal knowledge and best practice.
