Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in London seeks a motivated professional to support document review and drafting on complex transactions within an international law firm. You will help manage deal documents and assist with business development activities.

The role requires outstanding academic results, completion or expected completion of the LPC/SQE/Bar, and a genuine interest in a global practice, including financing transactions for international clients.
