Key responsibilities

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Securitisation and Structured Finance team in London. Our paralegals need to be team players and will regularly work alongside our trainee solicitor(s) and qualified lawyers. The role will provide excellent experience for anyone proposing to train as a solicitor in an international law firm. The role will involve supporting the partners and associates on the implementation of transactions.
