Job Title: Paralegal - Road Traffic Accident (RTA)

Location: Manchester / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (DOE), plus on target bonus

We are seeking a bright and ambitious Paralegal to join our Multi-Track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Team on a permanent basis in Manchester. The role involves hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office, so proximity to Manchester is required for client visits and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist fee-earners in progressing cases efficiently
• Set up new files on the case management system
• Draft Letters of Claim, Claim Forms, and Court Forms
• Respond to client calls, queries, and provide updates
• Prepare instructions for Counsel
• Prepare Trial Bundles
• Liaise with medical experts, barristers, and counsel
• Attend Court and Council meetings as needed
• Review expert reports
• Arrange meetings and appointments for fee earners
• Maintain organization and files
