Versende Legal in Leeds seeks a Paralegal for their Property Securitisation team. You will manage your own caseload, support partners, and handle tasks from title checks to post-completion work, gaining exposure to transactions from £1m to £500m.
The role requires at least 6 months' conveyancing experience, strong drafting, and the ability to work under pressure. LPC or equivalent study is expected, with a 2:1 degree in law.

The Securitisation team you'd be joining is ranked Tier 1 by both Chambers UK and Legal 500, sits at the forefront of the affordable housing sector, and works on transactions ranging from £1m to £500m.
