The Role

Join a busy Property Finance team, working alongside partners and senior lawyers on:

• Development and investment finance for property projects.
• Secured, bridging, mezzanine, stretched senior and whole loan structures.
• Specialised funding types such as Islamic finance, loan‑on‑loan and acquisition finance tied to property assets.
• Sector‑specific financing, including PRS/build‑to‑rent, hotels, student accommodation and co‑living.
• High‑value residential lending to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Equity investment in property ventures.
• Restructuring, enforcement, and security reviews for distressed or complex loans.
• Inter‑creditor arrangements governing lender relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
