Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our expanding Property & Liability team in our Manchester office.

The Team

Our Property & Liability Team advises some of the UK's largest insurers and underwriters on property liability claims, including fire, flood, subsidence, and building defect claims. We handle claims under various property policies, providing advice on non-disclosure, breach of conditions, and fraud.

The Role

The Paralegal will assist with Property & Liability cases, negotiate settlements, review damages, and gain exposure to complex claims. Essential skills include analytical thinking, good communication, attention to detail, and legal experience in Property & Liability.

Skills & Experience

Previous legal experience in Property & Liability is required.
