Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our friendly Bournemouth-based PI team.

We are passionate about helping clients involved in accidents to recover compensation for their injuries and losses. We support clients and families from the initial stages through litigation and beyond.

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy Bournemouth office. Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience in Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence work.

Excellent client-focused skills are essential, along with the ability to engage with clients empathetically and supportively.

You will deliver high-quality, practical services focused on client needs and manage your own cases from file opening to conclusion using our case management system.

Responsibilities:

• Assist colleagues on various Personal Injury Law cases
• Ensure deadlines are met and report progress
• Manage your cases from start to finish on our case management system
• Stay updated with the latest legal knowledge and practices

Qualifications:
