Job summary

HSPG Ltd. in London seeks a proactive Paralegal to support the execution of real estate transactions across acquisitions, disposals and financing. You will work closely with the General Counsel and Legal Counsel to progress matters efficiently.

This hands-on role focuses on keeping documentation, due diligence, and searches in check while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers. You will help streamline processes and drive policy-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a paralegal doing transactional work.
• Experience supporting residential and/or commercial real estate acquisitions, disposals, and financing.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to audience.
• Excellent organisation, clear documentation and attention to detail.

As Paralegal, your core mission is to support the successful execution of HSPG's real estate transactions, ensuring legal processes progress efficiently and accurately at every stage.

You will be an integral member of the legal team, supporting the General Counsel and Legal Counsel to progress a wide range of transactional and operational legal matters across the business, including loan drawdowns, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and legal administration. You will enable commercial decision-making by keeping documentation, searches and processon track.

This is a hands-on and execution-focused role. You will take ownership of the detail and coordination required to keep matters moving -ensuring nothing is dropped or left unresolved.

You will work closely with internal teams, external lawyers andstakeholdersand will proactively manage relationships and hold all parties to account to achieve seamless transaction execution aligned with HSPG's strategic objectives.

You will support with legal research, drafting and process improvement across the legal function, helping the business scale efficiently with the implementation of innovative and tech-enabled processes and strategies.

Accountability

You are accountable for:

• Preparing and progressing legal documentation and supporting due diligence across the group’s acquisitions, disposals and financing arrangements
• Proactively working with external advisers and pursuing outstanding deal items to ensure timelyexecution
• Supporting the legal team in providing clear, structured guidance to stakeholder

You are not accountable for:

• Assessing the financial viability of transactions
• Duplicating work undertaken by external lawyers
• Providing formal legal advice or legal judgements

Specific experience

At least 2 years' experience working as a paralegal doing transactional work, whether at a law firm or in-house.

Experience supporting residential and/or commercial real estate portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and financing is strongly preferred.

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the wider business and support at least 15acquisition and/or financing transactions to completion in an efficient manner.
• Maintain strong working relationships with our main panel firms.
• Have assisted thestreamlining of at least two significant transaction processes to increase efficiency (including incorporating AI into our processes).
• Be an integral part of the team, supporting on a wide range of transactional and legal queries – including at least three queries from each of the sales, acquisitions, investment and management teams.
