TRIA Recruitment Limited in Central London is seeking a proactive Senior Paralegal to support the corporate legal function. You will work closely with the Head of Legal, managing contracts, governance, compliance and day-to-day matters in a fast-growing environment.

This hands-on role requires ownership, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and comfort working with senior stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid 3-day-a-week pattern and a competitive benefits package.

Competenze

• Experience in corporate environment, ideally in-house or large law firm.
• Practical experience with commercial and corporate contracts, company law, compliance and stakeholder management; property law exposure is advantageous.
• A confident "doer" comfortable tackling unfamiliar tasks with sound judgement and independence.
• Strong negotiation, communication, research and drafting skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and handling sensitive business matters.
• A law degree or legal conversion is helpful but not essential where relevant experience can be demonstrated.

Senior Paralegal

Central London - Hybrid 3 days a week

£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

Our client is seeking a proactive, commercially minded Senior Paralegal to support its corporate legal function. Working closely with the Head of Legal, you will be a trusted first point of contact for colleagues across the business, helping manage contracts, governance, compliance and a varied range of day-to-day legal matters.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Head of Legal with document tracking, renewals, signing processes, meetings and external advisers.
• Reviewing and drafting commercial and corporate documentation, including managing NDA negotiations.

What we're looking for
